Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns

  • Due to the personal-use nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is received damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us at hello@bloomybows.com within 48 hours of delivery with product & packaging photos.

4. Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
